Map complementary tool enables data mapping (fiber orientation tensor, residual stresses, temperature) from the Injection Molding mesh to the Structural FEA mesh.
Map data mapping software offers the capability to transfer fiber orientation tensor, residual stresses, temperature data from the injection molding mesh to the optimal structural analysis mesh, where they can be used by Digimat-MF to model the nonlinear, anisotropic and rate-dependent behavior of reinforced plastic materials (PP, PA, PEEK, PBT, ...) before performing accurate FEA through Digimat-MF interfaces to structural FEA codes.
