You will be in charge of hiring a team of top-level sales representatives for the European market, setting up and manage optimized sales procedures, participating to the definition and prioritization of product development, contributing to the generation of sales and marketing material.

  • To hire a team of top-level sales reps for the European market;
  • To setup and manage optimized sales procedures;
  • To participate to the definition and prioritization of product development;
  • To participate to the generation of sales and marketing material;

Experience & SkillsExperience & Skills

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the CAD/CAM/CAE industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and manage an international sales force;
  • Knowledge of the plastics and the CAE industry;
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Results oriented personality with a high-level of self motivation and learning ability.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of French and/or German;
