You will be in charge of hiring a team of top-level sales representatives for the European market, setting up and manage optimized sales procedures, participating to the definition and prioritization of product development, contributing to the generation of sales and marketing material.

e-Xstream engineering is a CAE Software & Consulting Services company 100% focused on state-of-the-art multi-scale material modeling. Our mission is to help our customers, composite material suppliers and end-users, to excel in effectively and efficiently designing innovative products. We develop DIGIMAT, The nonlinear multi-scale material and structure modeling platform.

• To hire a team of top-level sales reps for the European market;
• To setup and manage optimized sales procedures;
• To participate to the definition and prioritization of product development;
• To participate to the generation of sales and marketing material;

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of sales experience in the CAD/CAM/CAE industry;
• Demonstrated ability to hire and manage an international sales force;
• Knowledge of the plastics and the CAE industry;
• Strong written and verbal communication in English;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Results oriented personality with a high-level of self motivation and learning ability.
